REAL ESTATE: Where from Here? Fast recovery or lingering doldrums…

In 2005 and 2006, the panelists for this Real Estate Event predicted the current real estate market calamity before any other experts. If you missed those events, now is your opportunity to hear their current and future outlook for the real estate market

Influences on real estate values are multi-faceted and include international macro-economic issues, such as the Chinese economy and domestic issues including the Federal Reserve, Obama Administration policies, and California budget issues, as well as more micro-economic issues such as the local supply/demand balance. Speakers of this event will discuss the impact of these issues on the residential and commercial real estate markets.  Three distinguished speakers, including Dr Robert Edelstein of UC Berkeley's Haas School, Dr Chris Thornberg, Principal of Beacon Economics and former senior economist of UCLA's Anderson Forecast, and Dr. Richard Green, Director of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, will share their insights on the current and future outlook of California real estate.
