In this fun, interactive session, Dr. Greenblatt will lead us through a mini-workshop based on her new book Restore Yourself:  The Antidote for Professional Exhaustion.  Edy spent the past five years helping successful women on four continents increase their productivity, job satisfaction and work/life balance by teaching them the effective and simple tools of Personal Resource Management (PRM). PRM is Greenblatt’s research-based, proven and effective way to reduce personal depletion and increase physical, psychological, cognitive and social energies.
 
Dr. Greenblatt developed Personal Resource Management while at Harvard Business School and in her subsequent work coaching and consulting to a broad group of female and male leaders including MBA’s, architects, consultants, lawyers, entrepreneurs, realtors, project managers, executive coaches engineers, homemakers, teachers and scientists.  PRM is a featured component of McKinsey & Company’s Centered Leadership program (described in the recent McKinsey Quarterly article Centered Leadership:  How Talented Women Thrive) and is the core component of Dr. Greenblatt’s new book Restore Yourself:  The Antidote for Professional Exhaustion. EDY GREENBLATT, PH.D. is an author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, executive coach, management consultant and scholar.  She is managing director of Execu-Care Coaching and Consulting and a senior consultant to Mobius Executive Leadership.  Dr. Greenblatt has  worked as an Organization practice specialist with McKinsey & Company and as Assistant Professor at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California in addition to having had successful careers as a dance ethnologist, television and radio talk show host, performing artist and a circus peanut vendor.  Prior to her business career, Edy was a dance professional and was faculty at UCLA in the World Arts and Culture's andDance departments.

Dr. Greenblatt earned her Ph.D. in the joint program in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University and Harvard Business School. She received her BS in World Arts and Cultures and Master's in Dance Ethnology from UCLA.  She currently lives on a sustainable organic farm in Sussex County, New Jersey. In her free time she still dances, flies on the trapeze, swims and sleeps.
